VCI Bubble Bags

Green Packaging, Inc. Bubble bags provide the ideal way to protect high precision metal finishes from damage, marring and scratching, and corrosion while in transit or storage. Add the proven corrosion inhibiting properties of VCI with the protective properties of a bubble bag, and you get unequaled protection. Bags can be constructed in two or three layers of co-extruded VCI film.

Corrosion protection  The slow release vapor action of VCI 2000 film protects the exterior as well as hard-to-reach interior surfaces of metal parts. Film is self-healing. It will provide 24 months of corrosion protection, making it ideal for storage and overseas shipments.

Bubble height : 3/16”
Bubble diameter: 3/8”
Finished size: 6” to 46” maximum length, 4” to 46” maximum width
Lip size: 1” to 2”

Closure types
Self-seal bags have a 1/4” strip of adhesive on one edge. To close, peel off the strip and fold over to close the bag.
Lip-only bags are same, without the adhesive.
Flush bags have even edges at the top:-- no lip.
Color: Blue or clear.

Carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, brass, aluminum, silver, galvanized steel, solder, silicone steel.
